Why can't I see patient data when I open the EmClient Software?

You may not have the appropriate permissions to view patient data.

Permission to view patient data is granted by your HIM Director.

When trying to open the Emprint software I get an error message regarding my SSO-Gen and the software will not open.

Your user ID may not have been added or have been removed from the SSO security group maintained by your local IT Department. Contact your local IT Department to request your name be added to the SSO security Group. If you are already a group member, please complete the Get Support form and an Emprint Support Technician will address your issue.
